CODECO builds and offers its construction services for housing, swimming pools, hotels, offices and more in the major parts of Costa Rica. CODECO provides construction services to clients who recognize the value of a partner who works diligently and creatively to find the best possible solution for each particular project. CODECO maintains a nationwide network of contacts in the construction sector performing work on over 50 projects each year.

CODECO will coordinate, and work with you at smoothly putting your project to work.

First step – site analysis, pre design plans, and construction costs evaluation.

Second step – evauation of design plans, initial construction plans, coordination of legal and construction permits, blue prints, site investigations.

Third step – final construction plans, project coordination, construction initiation, quality control.
